Since the Wonder Girls image was in black & white, I decided to color the girls using the Brush tool in "Color" mode. I started with their dresses, shoes, and accessories (all colored with the same hue). And then finishing them with a flesh color tones (each girl was colored with a different hue, though it may look similar) and applied lip color shades, eye makeup, and colored in their nails. All this was very time consuming.

Next, I used the "Alpha" layer in the Channels to crop out the girls for a new document. After doing so, I adjusted the Brightness/Contrast.

Then Placed the second image, JYP, onto the new document as the background.

What I wanted next was to replicate Wonder Girls onto the background as a shadow. So I went back to the original file with the Alpha layer, selected the Alpha layer.

Then brought it over to the new document between the colored Wonder Girls and the background JYP. Since the Alpha was white, I had Inverted the Alpha layer for black.

To place the shadow behind JYP, I played with the Blending Options and found that Soft Light with the opacity of 50% worked the best for this effect.

In order to give a more realistic effect, I used the Blur tool on the shadow to soften things up and give it a 3-dimensional field.

Then finally, adding text.
After saving the .PSD file, I opened it up in Adobe Illustrator to make the text for the concert poster. Using Copperplate Gothic Bold in black with an orange glow to distinct it from the image.
My final piece:
